- Check in: from 16h to 24h but there is flexibility, it will depend on if there is a guest in the apartment on the same day you check in or not. In either case, we will only be able to confirm if you can check-in earlier than 16h on the night before your check-in day. As for the luggage, you are more than welcome to leave it at our lobby, it's open Mon-Fri 9h-19h and Sat-Sun 11h-19h.
- You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
- Check out: from 2h to 11h.
- Refundable damage deposit: A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
- Cot and extra bed policies: 0-2 years old, cot upon request free.
- Age restriction: The minimum age for check-in is 24.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Guests must be quiet between 22h and 8h.

Nearby you’ll find everything you could need: supermarkets, pharmacies, metro, shops, ATMs, bakeries, restaurants, cafes … and just 55 meters from the apartments, the most important monument in Barcelona and third most visited in the world: the Sagrada Familia basilica! Just 15 minutes’ walk from the apartments is Paseo de Gracia, the main shopping street in Barcelona. Walking along Paseo de Gracia you can see fantastic modernist architecture (Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, Casa Lleó-Morera and Casa Ametller). The nearest metro stop to the apartments is “Sagrada Familia” (purple line L2 and blue line L5). With the subway you can visit the city comfortably and get to all Barcelona sights.The tourist hop-on hop-off bus also stops in front of the Sagrada Familia (green line).
