This cosy flat is located in Barcelona’s trendy El Born neighbourhood in Ciutat Vella, the city's historic quarter, but on a quiet street. It is a very appealing neighbourhood for tourists not only because of the many shops, boutiques and fantastic shoe stores, nor simply because of its lively and dazzling nightlife, but also because it is built upon a medieval area that has grown to become one of the city’s most modern areas. Just a few metres from the flat is the Museu Picasso (Picasso Museum) and the Esglesia de Santa María del Mar (Church of St. Mary of the Sea), a spectacular example of gothic architecture. Only a few minutes away on foot, you can stroll along Las Ramblas or enjoy a holiday on the beach and take a break from the city at the same time. It is a lovely part of Barcelona full of culture, with numerous animated cafés and pubs.
