Just renovated bright and cozy apartment is perfect for couples and small families (5th floor in the historical building w/o elevator, narrow stairs). It is fully equipped for a long-term stay, features brand new furniture, decoration and appliances. There is a balcony with a view to the sea. Ideally located 2 minutes walk to the beach in Barceloneta which is part of Ciutat Vella (Old Town). Wonderful local atmosphere, many typical bars and seafood restaurants nearby. We do our best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is always cleaned before your arrival, and everything is fixed and prepared for your stay. Nevertheless, we do not provide typical hotel services such as breakfast, room service, pick up at the airport service etc. Also please do not expect basic supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt and oil and to be provided. However, you will find a couple of rolls of toilet paper, all cutlery and crockery, a coffee maker, a microwave, bed linen and towels.
Perfect apartment to be near the beach and within short walking distance to everything in the City Center/Old Town.
